Services Provided
We specialize in custom website design and development. Our services include but are not limited to UI/UX design, front-end development, content integration, and responsive optimization.
Project Scope
The scope of work will be outlined in your chosen package. Any additions beyond the agreed scope will require a separate quote and may affect project timelines.
Timelines
Estimated timelines will be discussed at the project start. Delays caused by the client (e.g. lack of content, feedback) may extend the timeline.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide content, feedback, and necessary assets in a timely manner. Delayed responses may result in delivery delays.
Revisions
Each package includes a set number of revisions (outlined per plan). Additional revisions are billable at an hourly or project rate.
Payment Terms
Payments are split into milestones or as agreed. Work will not begin until the initial deposit is received. Final files will be handed over after full payment is completed.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all rights to the final designs and code are transferred to the client. The Big Stone Labs reserves the right to showcase the project in our portfolio.
Refunds & Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. In case of cancellation, the client will be billed for completed work proportionally.
Third-Party Services
We may use third-party tools (plugins, fonts, APIs) as part of the project. Licenses for these tools, if required, are the responsibility of the client.
Warranty & Support
Support and maintenance are offered as paid services. Any fixes or updates beyond the agreed project scope, including post-launch changes, will require a separate support or maintenance package. Only explicitly promised fixes are handled without additional charge.
Legal Compliance
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the content and function of their website comply with local, national, and international laws.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes before they take effect.
